Senior Marketing Operations Specialist
Responsible for developing high-level strategy and administration of marketing automation and other shared marketing tools for the Education and Nonprofit division, ensuring the instances are optimized and in compliance with marketing regulations. Project managed database alignment, and KPI reporting. Creation of additional properties and criteria/triggers, used to create and establish ongoing dashboards and reporting views, to track impact and attribution of generated leads and won opportunities.
Responsible for creating new processes & supporting documentation (+ associated training resources for the demand generation teams) on how to use various marketing automation workflows and track campaign performance. Responsible for strategy, implementation of, and training internal teams on best practice uses of HubSpot, Salesforce.com, Salesloft, Drift, etc.
Build and deploy vertical-level marketing campaigns in Salesforce and HubSpot, including associated assets, i.e. CTAs, workflows and lead generating and customer specific forms.
Primary owner (and creator) of company-wide marketing (and MQL, SQL reporting) reports and dashboards to provide quantifiable, consistent data to report against established goals and KPIs.
