Developed and implemented a soft nurture workflow that automatically enrolled new prospects into email drip campaigns, increasing engagement and reactivating previously unresponsive contacts to generate new demo bookings. Built and maintained campaign attribution models and reporting dashboards to track funnel metrics, campaign ROI, and pipeline health. Created ABM/ ICP scoring via HubSpot for better identification of ICP audience (users) intended to help internal team with lead/task prioritization; this resulted in a significant increase (~40%) in booked demo and discovery calls.
Partnered with Demand Gen and Event director to align on GTM priorities and ensure quick, accurate intel for handoffs between marketing, sales, and customer success. Authored comprehensive process documentation and led training to drive adoption of optimized processes (workflows) and systems across departments.
